Sunday, September 8, 2024 (2-4:30pm) 519 Church St., room 304 ASL interpretation confirmed Come learn about zines and some zine-making techniques, socialise and have a chance to try your hand at zine-making. Supplies provided for people: - to make your own pages for a collective group zine about ace and aro-related experiences. - to make your own mini-zine (made from a single sheet of paper) Group zine topic: - exploring and challenging how ace and aro experiences are typically defined in terms of what is absent (e.g. lack of attraction) - What does an ace and/or aro lens bring to the table? In what ways can we define our experiences as something gained rather than missing You can also send in submissions ahead of time (by Sept. 4th).
