Controlling emotions (especially anger, and depression), positive self talk, optimism, I struggle with a lot.
Reminders. Reminders would help. And people being patient and gentle with me. I probably need some help keeping up with hygiene cause sometimes I forget to do basic things like that. And definitely self care. And I need someone to help me with school work, because I tend to procrastinate.
